So any Game of Thrones fans here? The new trailer looks absolutely fantastic with dragons and flaming swords and what not. Just finished rewatching the whole series again and the amount of hints and intricacies to smal things is absolutely fascinating.
{Ed001's Note - I don't mind it, just can't keep track of all the people as I forget who is who. My dad is obsessed with it, mainly because they film a lot of it by where they live.}

Yeah. That's why it gets better every time you binge watch it. So you can keep track f everything and pick up on the details.

So away from all the klopp hysteria which has me checking the internet minutee by minute which show has caught your eye most this new season? I am really liking Mr robot

I've watched a bit of Rookie Blue, seems to be ok. Fear of The Walking Dead looks pretty decent too, considering I thought it was going to be a load of shite.

So Mr robot is about this paranoid hacker. He is sort of a cyber vigilante. He gets hired by an anonymous person called Mr Robot and starts working as a hacktivist. His first mission take down the company for which he works. Has been one of the most highly rated shows of this new season . Will be more interesting of yoy are a techie person
blindspot not everyones cup of tea. Mind you the pilot is very interesting. It's something that i have really taken to but not everyone would like it. It's basically a crime drama. I'd suggest you watch out the pilot and decide for yourself
{Ed001's Note - the first sounds like it could be good, though it could also end up just being computer jargon and lacking in action. The second doesn't sound like my kind of thing.}

I was really looking forward to Mr robot and was I disappointed it is one of the worst series I've seen ever. Truly shocking!
Narcos on the other hand was brilliant can't wait for season 2

Anyone seen the arrow season 4 trailer?Sara lance is coming back. I always loved her as a character. Though the blonde hair and the cleavage show may have certainly helped

Absolutely! I know she's not overly pretty, she's not the best looker or has the best figure by any means, but there is something about her.

Just finished the second season of reign. Looking forward to it's return really with Elizabeth coming into the picture and Francis dying

Yeah focuses around mid 16th century. If you're a history buff not recommended as there are several iinconsistencies.
Was sceptical about it but have found it quite good tbh.

Yeah, I'm a history buff as well, I got infuruated by the movie Fury and how it's so historically inaccurate.
{Ed001's Note - I do find myself gritting my teeth during historical films and not really being able to enjoy them. I think that is why I am happier with comic book fantasy or martial arts films. Something mindless like that is much more relaxing, for me anyway.}

I think it's just a case of them having to wrap up things quickly. A 10 season series would probably have done complete justice to the series but that is of course not possible due to a variety of reasons.
While I agree that over the past two seasons and even in Dragonstone, they've gone for big moments (The Red Toast? That whole scene was a bit illogical too me but cool nonetheless) , I think it's just something us long time viewers will have to accept.
And regarding your point of being clear good and bad characters ,I agree to some extent. For me they've completely screwed up Daenerys's story arc. The whole Mereen plotline was just boring to me. However GRMM has said that it'll be a bittersweet ending so hopefully there's more shades to her personality. Perhaps she sacrifices her life after all the effort she has put in for The Iron Throne.
But then again there are characters like Jaime and Sandor who have had brilliant story arcs throughout the series. Sandor was the star of the last episode for me. I think he has moved away from The Hound is now just Sandor Clegane.

I had to also give up on arrow 😑. Engineering prep is taking a toll.
